A design featuring the Bollingen logo is embossed in gold foil on the front cover, and the title block is screened in gold foil on the spine. Light shelf wear to the cover, and the spine is gently age toned. Age toning as well to the edges of the book block; blue tinting on top edge is faded and spotted from age. Binding is square and sound. Previous owner's name in pencil at foot of front free end paper. A brief passage on p. 8 is underlined in pencil, otherwise pages are clean and unmarked.
