About the Author

Luden is a professor in the doctoral program in organizational leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University. As a former dean of adult and continuing studies, and as a successful small business owner, he bridges the gap between an employer's and employee's expectations.

Ludden is the author of 12 books. He has held leadership positions in the American Society for Training and Development, International Leadership Association, and the Association of Career Professionals International.
