Bound reprint from the Oregon Historical Quarterly. Boards in quarter leather with gilt lettering on spine and marbled paper sides. Slight age to boards. Pages toned, but clean. 6 pages. The five-page dedication address for the July 1928 installment of the John S. Devine monument on the Joaquin Miller trail, located north of Burns, Harney County, Oregon. Includes a one-page introduction by Lewis McArthur. Devine was a large land-holder, rancher, and stockman, and the address describes and reflects on his life and accomplishments. [This volume appears to have been part of Lewis McArthur's personal library.].
