His most well-known created character is Jorrock's a Cockney hunting enthusiast. Uniformly bound in the publisher's original pictorial cloth binding. Externally, smart, with some shelf wear to the boards and light fading to the spines of some volumes. Some bumping to the head and tail of the spines and extremities. Internally, generally firmly bound, with binding slightly tender to Handley's Cross. A small tear to the plate opposite page 246 in Ask Mamma. Pages are bright and clean throughout. Very Good.
