No date [?ca. 1900] Includes prefaces to 1st and 2nd editions. 296pp. colour frontis.; col. & b/w plates-all tissue guarded. Spine and corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Text block edges a little foxed, but contents and plates all clear, clean and bright. A very good copy. OVERSEAS ORDERS LIKELY TO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL POSTAGE.
