Journey Back To Health: Exploring Alternative Tools For Healing the Body

A powerful blend of memoir and practical guide to healing chronic illness. After being diagnosed with autoimmune disease, Sharissa Bradley set out to transform her health and reclaim her life. What began as her personal journey quickly grew into a mission: to empower others to take charge of their healing and build a life they love. Journey Back to Health weaves together Sharissa’s story with actionable steps you can take to improve your own wellbeing. Across eighteen chapters—covering sleep, elimination diets, gut health, stress, habits, beliefs, movement, and more—readers discover holistic tools for creating lasting change. Each chapter ends with simple action steps, and the final chapter offers a full workbook (also available as a free printable on her website) to help you apply what you’ve learned. Whether you’re navigating autoimmune disease, chronic illness, or simply seeking a healthier lifestyle, this book provides both inspiration and practical guidance to support your journey back to health. Part memoir, part wellness guide, and 100% focused on helping you heal.
