Journey to the Secret Place : My Story Along With a 6 - Week Devotional Finding God

Journey to the Secret Place is an inspirational story of one woman's encounter with God and where it has taken her.

Cheryl L. Orms shares her struggles with everyday life, revealing how taking a new approach to God can change everything in your life - just as it did in hers.

When she started making God first in her day, she was determined to listen and hear from God. After reading scripture, saying a prayer, and listening - God spoke to her. The word she received was a specific encouragement concerning her afternoon visit with her mother, who had late-stage Alzheimer's.

In this guide to moving closer to God, she shares that the first step is to find a consistent physical place to seek Him. This way, you always have a familiar place as you develop a daily habit. By starting your day with Him, you'll recognize His voice and guidance throughout the day.
