experience, having first implemented these concepts as a manager at Eastman
Kodak Company. Since then, Michael has consulted with a wide variety of
companies and industries in 30 states and internationally, including DuPont,
GlaxoWellcome, Alcatel, Nortel, Borg-Warner Automotive, Sumitomo, BB&T Bank
and Carolina Medical Review. He holds an MBA from the University of
Rochester.
