Well used and very well cared for copy of this dependable classic cookbook in very good plus condition. Clean and bright, unmarked, with just a touch of wear at the spine tips and corners, and a slight wobble to the spine, yet still tightly bound. Light blue and turquoise printed end papers. Lacking the dust jacket. Originally published in 1931, this title has seen numerous copyright updates and printings since them. This is a later, 1967 , printing of the 1964 version, and as such is still an early printing of this beloved cooking classic, which still precedes the use of ISBNs. It still looks more or less the same, and is still the dependable classic chock full of valuable kitchen and cooking wisdom that millions of American home cooks have depended on since 1931.
