Joy and Evolution: A daring introduction to the technology of Joy and its associated Evolution. (Paperback or Softback)

Joy and Evolution is about experiencing the joy that opens to an intoxicating future where you can be filled with an overflowing feeling of life and excitement. This joy is often associated with those moments when we achieve the unreachable or when we find the oneness of first love.

Chief author Robert L. Peck explains how the nature of joy and its powerful effects is determined by our state of mind and body. He explains that when doing our duty becomes a game, we can experience significant mental and physiological changes. These changes lead to a critical paradigm shift of the location of your true heart. Your cardia is in your chest, but your center or true heart is at the base of your spine. Peck explains when you fully recognize this dynamic “heart” within you, life changes in surprising and unexpected ways. Like the poet’s say, one experiences a union and balance of reason with feelings. The drudgery of life is replaced with the open, evolving potential of life.

Readers will find a wealth of information in Joy and Evolution as the authors discuss ways to develop the heart, beginning with the muscles of the lower abdomen. They also cover overcoming obstacles, such as the enforced tensions that weaken the true heart. Discover your true heart and increase those moments when the future is desired, and joy is found.

Robert L. Peck, a well-recognized scientist in the field of energy conversion and storage, has directed the Personal Development Center for nearly 30 years. While heading a laboratory in Industry, in his off-hours he started teaching a special form of meditation free of charge based upon his translations of ancient Sanskrit documents that he studied to explain his early childhood and later mystical experiences. In exchange for his free teachings, he required students to participate in his exploration of ancient practices that increased inner powers. He then discovered that the West, like the East, knew of the secrets of inner power, but this knowledge was also obscured by biased and misleading translations of old texts.

Leslie M. Cassinari is a special area music teacher as well as a concert flutist and yogini. She spends considerable time working to increase the interaction of music, dance and drama with children as well as adults. She taught adult classes in advanced Yoga, observing the obstacles modern students have with the ancient practices as well as the success within such areas as using the nadam to increase the depth of meditation and using inner abdominal tensioning and the breath to increase inner vitality.

Christine S. Gavlick is a special education teacher working with children with learning and emotional problems. Because of her strong background in languages and philology she is a principal in the work at the Center dealing with translation of the early Tantrik writings into modern Western technology and practice. She became interested in the how the inner vital forces could be used to manifest the deep yearnings of individuals that normally get shunted with pressure to please immediate friends and family.
