Stated 1940 Edition. Tight hardcover in good condition. 12mo. 211pp. Green cloth boards and backstrip with black illustration of four students carrying their school books as well as an off-white silhouette of a school on the front board. Black & white photographs throughout text. Book is clean and tight. Boards have some edgewear with bumped corners & a little light soiling. Designs & lettering are very bright. Backstrip is lightly faded with edgewear. Lettering is bright. Leaves are in very good condition with no markings - one page has light soiling and a few have light corner crease. Unused Board of Education stamp on inside back board. Ships within 24 hours. Scanned photos available upon request.
