Avec une introduction de l'auteur, un article intitulé "Morals, Not Art or Literature" par Edward Hale Bierstadt, 30 lettres de soutien de différents romanciers américains et une revue de presse de la critique. Tirage unique à 458 exemplaires numérotés sur vergé. Petite tache au dos, sinon très bon état.
