Stiff white wrappers printed in black, DW, slender 8vo., 55, (1) pages, illustrated in color. One of 300 regular copies. Checklist of over 80 items with commentary by the printer. Laid in are a four-page, accordian-folded prospectus titled "Three Very Special Offers", with order form and original mailing envelope, the four page ' A Short Survey', a four-page "A Specimen of Columna" one of 100 copies printed as a New Year's Greeting, with envelope, and the 10 page "Une Short Survey.". A fine copy in a fine DW, in archival mylar.
