KJ's Adventures My Dad Sells Homes - Volume 1

From Kevin Grimes Jr., the young author who brought you My Daddy Loves Me, comes his very first big adventure — a fun and creative journey into the world of real estate!

KJ has spent countless weekends riding along with his dad, visiting homes, meeting families, and seeing what it really takes to help people find the place they will call home. Now, he’s inviting you to come with him. In this interactive coloring and activity book, KJ opens the door to his own imagination while sharing the things he has learned from watching his dad work as a real estate agent.

Inside, you’ll discover pages filled with houses to color, spaces where you can design and draw your own dream home, and puzzles that challenge you to think like an explorer — including crosswords, matching games, and fun questions to spark conversation. You’ll also find activities that help parents and kids talk together about what makes a house special and why home matters so much.

This book isn’t just about coloring; it’s about dreaming big, learning something new, and sharing time as a family. Come join KJ as he takes you on an adventure that’s all about curiosity, creativity, and understanding the exciting world of real estate!
