De moderne en vernieuwende Europese kunst van rond 1900 stimuleerde Gustav Klimt (1862-1918) om zich los te maken van de Weense schildertraditie en zijn eigen koers te volgen. Kunstenaarsvereniging Wiener Secession, waarvan Klimt medeoprichter was, toonde in 1898 voor het eerst een overzicht van de Europese avant-gardekunstenaars. Elke tentoonstelling die de vereniging daarna organiseerde, betekende een nieuwe golf van inspiratie en creativiteit voor Klimt. Hij liet zijn werk erdoor beïnvloeden en verbloemde zijn artistieke bronnen niet. Books are offered if unsold. The order of incoming orders will be respected strictly.
The books that are offered online are not available at our bookshop at 48 Kloosterstraat.
You will receive an e-mail confirming the availability of the book(s) and providing details with regard to shipment costs (we use Belgian and Dutch postal companies for the most cost-effective shipments.
The indicated shipment costs have been calculated according to the rates for shipments of up to 2 kilo. We will choose the most cost-effective shipment option, depending on the weight: either letter post or parcel post.
Abe-books charge your Payment, we send only the book to your adress.
