Corners very good condition. Boards very good condition full leather board with decorative blind tooling and a centre panel which is in a lighter coloured leather. Page edges good condition all tanned and foxed. See above and photos. Internally Hinges very good condition sound. Paste downs very good condition new, plain. End papers very good condition new, plain. Title fair to good condition repaired to the reverse of the page, red and black text with some repairs to the corners, some damp staining along the top edge, heavily tanned and foxed. Pages good condition the page following the title page states To The Most Reverent Father In God, John, Lord Archbishop of Canterbury, &c , this page also has some repairs to the bottom right hand corner, many pages have damp staining, all heavily tanned and foxed.
