About the Author

Peggy Miracle Consolver, author of Shepherd, Potter, Spy―and the Star Namer (2015) and its companion study guide Digging Deeper Into HIStory (2016), treasures time spent with children. From being a teenage assistant Girl Scout leader and camp counselor to having annual summertime cousins camps for her own grandchildren, she delights in conversations with children of all ages. After thirty-five years teaching Sunday school, children have been the primary focus of her stories.
