This archive collects 224 Conductor and Engineman Train Order Extras' alphabetically by city in a single 3-ring binder. These extras were all issued in the state of Kansas by several different railroads including Burlington, Missouri, Kansas (ATSF) , Texas (Katy) , Rock Island, Union Pacific, and several others. These orders, mostly hand written, range in date from the 1880s to the 1970s. C & E extras were used to update trains of changes to rail conditions or stops once the train was en route prior to on-board radio. These ephemeral pages were not commonly kept and are individually scarce today. One-of-a-kind collection priced at under $3 each piece. Seller Inventory # 7225
