Synopsis
Larry is an older married man looking for a singer for his hit songs so he goes to a Karaoke bar where all the girls think he’s just a dirty old man instead of a sexy senior citizen so he arranges an anonymous karaoke contest where the prize is a recording contract but in the meantime has to cope with a bevy of karaoke singers, and the flirting gets out of hand.
About the Author
Gary A. Edwards Composer Gary A. Edwards was born in Spokane, Washington. He started playing string bass in the Spokane Symphony orchestra at age 18. Gary graduated from Indiana University with a BME degree. Gary taught public school instrumental music and played bass in the Louisville Symphony Orchestra. Since 1956, Gary has performed in bands of all sizes from single to symphony and all styles from opera to rock and country; to classical, choral and musical theatre. Gary composes in most styles including classical, rock, country, children's, jazz, choral, gospel and musical theatre. He has published nine books and dozens of articles in magazines. His music has received airplay in Washington, Idaho and other states and internationally in Argentina, Russia, Estonia and other countries. He writes for various types of groups including piano solo, cello solo, bass solo and duet, string trio, string orchestra, youth orchestra, full orchestra, wind, band and brass ensemble, pit orchestra, rock and country bands at all levels of difficulty. Gary has written four musicals, two concertos, three screenplays, a TV sit-com and hundreds of pieces of music. He worked over five years as a composer, videographer, editor and Spanish translator for CMTV Community Minded Television. He has released ten music CDs, two music videos and formed Edwards Music Publishing dot com company (ASCAP) that primarily releases his music. Gary has received three grants from ASCAP recognizing his composing contributions to the cultural scene. Gary composed the soundtrack for a movie he produced called How To Date Beautiful Women. His screenplay, The Prodigy received two Fresh Voices Spotlight Award Nominations: "The Humanitarian" and "The Cultural & Heritage Award." www.EdwardsMusicSite.com
