About the Author

Wei Xiaoping is Distinguished Professor in the Marxism Institute at Xinjiang University, Distinguished Professor at the University of CASS, Senior Research Fellow in the Philosophy Institute at the University of CASS, and Director of the Marx/Engels Text and Literature Research Association, China.
