This handmade stencil dyed print is on crumpled handmade paper made from mulberry (momigami). The image shows an abstract rending of a Fish and Scorpion and Japanese language characters. Not signed in English but there is a red seal on the front and the back has a paste on rice paper label in Japanese. There are pin holes in all four corners. Very colorful images using a wide range of color. While the print is not attributed to a particular artist, it is similar in nature to the stencil dyed works of Keisuke Serizawa and Sadao Watanabe. The print measures 12 3/4 x 16 in (32.2 x 40.5).
