Rick McCoy has worked with adolescents for 22 years in a variety of placements. He has a bachelors degree in psychology, a masters in special education, and is a certified social worker. He is the step-father of 2 teenagers.Currently he is teachin in alternative education at the high school level.
Nic Cooper is currently an assistant principal at a middle school. He has been a probation office and middle school counselor. He has his bachelors degree in psychology, his masters in counseling and is working on his Ph.D in education leadership. He is also a certified social worker and the father of 2 teenagers.
