About the Author
Todd has spent more than a decade helping people achieve “10%” greater success in the corporate sector, in more than 30 nations around the world and has lived outside of his home country for almost 15 years.
His clients are found in Fortune’s Global 100, Interbrand’s Best Retail Brands, and The World's Most Valuable Brands by Forbes and include an extraordinary range of outstanding achievers, including global leaders, country heads and leaders of organizations, leaders of not-for-profits, and government agencies.
Todd has addressed distinguished audiences ranging from Society of Human Resource Management to the Leadership Investment. He regularly gives back to his local community through volunteering his time helping non-profits with change programs. A key component of writing this book is to expand his reach to people that normally do not have access to executive coaching or cutting edge learning and development in their organizations.
His own learning and development began in the military and continued developing during his undergraduate degree and at Armstrong World Industries and Saint Gobain in Europe . From there, he realized his passion for setting people up for success and, after a masters in the UK, established his company, Watermarq Consulting in 2001.
His passion for improving by “10%” is deeply routed in his life, his family and his activities outside of work. You may not see him on an Olympic roster but you will see him improving in everything he does, whether rock climbing, mountain biking, inspiring his children, or finding new ways to enhance his marriage. He believes improving by 10% is an amazingly simple concept that has transformed his life. His inspirational talks, like his book, “Keep Your P.I.E. Fresh”, outlines a simple approach to help find and achieve 10% greater success.
Remember “Development ALTERS Success.” ALTERS = Act. Learn. Think. Elevate. Repeat. Share.
