Keepers of the Light: The Broken Prophecies Book One (Volume 1)

What if your birth has been prophesied for thousands of years but, when the time comes, you're not sure you can fulfill it? The world is growing darker and magic is vanishing from the world of Midtier. When Amaleah Bluefischer faces the choice between marrying a man she cannot love or escaping the royal court, she chooses to venture out on her own in a journey that will prove to be so much more than she had ever imagined.

Colin, Prince of Szarmi, is set to become king, until he must leave his technologically advanced kingdom in order to reduce the growing tension between his kingdom and the magical kingdom of the north: Lunameed. He doesn't know if or when he'll return, but he knows he must do what is right for his people.

Follow their adventures in this high fantasy story about destiny, love, and loss.
