Keeping the Church Relevant: by Breaking the Cycle of Redundancy

Every church lives with the constant tension between revival and redundancy. To accept redundancy is to embrace stagnation and death. There is a price to be paid to remain culturally relevant without compromising the Gospel. Larry and Steve Pyle (Father and son) describe the joys and the pain of multiple transitional phases required to resist redundancy and keep the church focused outward. Laced with enough humor to help the medicine go down, this book will challenge and encourage every church leader and member to pay the price of progress to reach the maturity and the harvest God has in store for His Church.

Larry Pyle holds a Doctorate of Ministry and has been in active church ministry since 1971. He and his wife, Georgiann have served churches in California, Oklahoma, and in Arkansas where they current reside. Larry is the founder of Life Center Church (Now the Journey) in Russellville, Arkansas and serves on the oversight team for churches in Florida, Indiana, Illinois and Arkansas. In addition to serving as a Church Growth and Financial Consultant to churches across the United States, Larry serves as the Bishop to Romania for the Acts Network (Apostolic Council of Transformational Servant-Leaders).
