Keeping Things Together is a bold, visually rich anthology that delves into the 50-year legacy of the Women's Art Register (W.A.R.), Australia's only living archive of women's art. This landmark publication celebrates W.A.R.'s grassroots origins and ongoing role in documenting and championing women's art practice. Featuring new writing, creative works and archival material, it brings together diverse voices - artists, historians, curators, conservators and educators - to explore feminist art history and the power of archives. Keeping Things Together critically rethinks how cultural knowledge is preserved, shared and expanded, amplifying marginalised voices and reviving forgotten histories. It offers fresh insight into Australian art, feminism and archival practice and provides an accessible introduction to W.A.R.'s significant collection. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.
