Le Lievre's articles runs to 15 pages and is illustrated with a few line drawings and a photograph, (it does not have any colour plates). There are, however, the usual six fine botanical plates (five plant portraits of Acanthus dioscoridis, Espletia schultzii, Pachpodium rosulatum var gracilis, Viburnum japonicum and Rhododendrum russatum) and then one of Cornus "Porlock" to illustrate Susyn Andrew's article on 'The Hybrid Cornus at Underway, Somerset'. Paperback, 50 pages, a very good copy. [One other article discusses a new Crocus species from Yugoslavia - C. rujanensis.].
