Synopsis
Keys To Spiritual Being is a two-part manual of meditation exercises designed to givethe individual the ability to come to a higher state of spiritual awareness anddevelopment. The first book-Energy Meditation, presents the premise that one beginsa transformational process through the infusion of biopsychic energy. Through theapplication of Ravarour's Energy Meditation exercises, one activates and magnifies thebiopsychic energy potential within the individual; coming to an inner path of higherconsciousness eventually leading to transformation through one's own sensorialawareness and growth. The second book-Synchronization Exercises, presents aseries of exercises which when practiced enables couples the ability to unite at thedeepest levels of spirit, mind, and being. These exercises allow the advancedpractitioner to synchronize the various chakras within the body with his or her mate,thus being able to co-create a harmonization between each other-a unity of heart,feeling, mind, and soul. Originally created by Adrian Ravarour, Ph. Adrian Ravarour, Ph. D., is the author of thirteen books,a visual artist, and instructor of Energy Meditation. Hereceived his Ph. D. from the Union Institute under Dr.José Argüelles?Valum Votan, and was a staff memberat Intersection for the Arts. Long a creator of spiritual artand an innovator in the field of visualization, Ravarourcreated his own form of biopsychic Energy Meditationand Synchronization Exercises which he has utilized andinstructed since the 1960?s.
