Kids First. Always.

KIDS FIRST. ALWAYS.

When Marcus Booker becomes the new principal of Silver Springs Elementary, he believes every child deserves more
than a great education, they deserve to believe in who they are. What begins as a simple idea centered around two powerful
words-I AM-grows into a movement that transforms an entire school community. As students, teachers, parents, and staff
discover the life-changing connection between identity, confidence, and learning, remarkable things begin to happen.

Filled with humor, heart, unforgettable characters, and timeless lessons, KIDS FIRST. ALWAYS is an inspiring family story
where education meets encouragement, reminding readers of every age that the greatest achievement isn’t simply what
children accomplish...IT’S WHO THEY BECOME.

KIDS FIRST. ALWAYS. is more than a story; it is a mission-driven reminder that the words we speak into children become the beliefs they carry for a lifetime. Mark Papadas has created a powerful invitation for parents, educators, coaches, and leaders to help kids discover who they are before the world tells them who to be.
