Some Kind Of Honour (Paperback or Softback)

Evan Hopkins is an unremarkable man, except that he kills people for a living and he's very good at it.

It's a life of secrets, subterfuge, multiple identities, the practice of exceptional skills and murder.

It is a life conducted under the radar of the authorities around the world, until Monique Lagarde, a smart, tenacious and feisty Canadian intelligence officer investigating a two-decade long series of unusual murders, catches Evan's scent. In an uneasy collaboration with Calgary police detectives, and using her creative investigatory prowess, Monique follows his serpentine trail of ingenious twists and turns, barely hanging on.

But there are other powerful forces at play, and the pursuit of Evan leads Monique and the detectives into dangerous territory where their lives are in certain peril.

Will they finally run Evan to ground? Will he avoid their clutches? Or will a third entity, and more death, decide the outcome?

Geoff Wright immigrated to Canada from the UK in his early twenties, and, with degrees in chemistry, pursued a career in a variety of industries. Some Kind of Honour is his debut novel. Now retired, he lives on Vancouver Island, where he is at work on his second novel.
