Some Kind of Miracle

In the midst of a storm, Frannie Oliveri arrives home, finds her dog chained outside, her home invaded and her cousins infant daughter abandoned inside. But Suzanne Oliveri is not heard from all night and by morning a search begins. Everyone fears Suzanne is either dead, held captive or trapped by the violent storm. When one of those fears is realized, and Suzanne hospitalized in a coma, her troubles intensify. The man she lived with in New York, but left when two months pregnant, is found murdered in his room at The Admirals Inn and all evidence points a red-hot accusatory finger at Suzanne.

As she had promised herself, immediately after retirement, Bernadette Carson pursued a writing career. Although sporadically through the years she had many writing credits, which included a paid appearance on a major TV network, her dream was to become a novelist. The success of her first two novels, The Toy Chest and The Writers Club, prompted a steady stream of book signings and speaking engagements. Now, once again in Morning Glory, she captivates readers with her unique style that blends poignancy with suspense. Bernadette lives in Rockland County, New York, where she is surrounded by a large, loving family.
