The King is coming—but what does that mean for you?

The end is near. While these often sound like words of insane rambling, they can also be a sensible presentation of truth. Acknowledging that what is yet to come is beyond the scope of our wildest projections, pastor and scholar Erwin Lutzer reminds us that we have not been left completely in the dark. There is much we can know.

The King is Coming is a clear and easy to follow guide, written to aid our understanding of biblical prophecies. Lutzer looks to the simple meaning of the biblical texts and offers a sound, sensible, and balanced perspective to what God says about the future. Within this book are ten events we can be certain of, ten events that will change our future forever:

• The King Returns for Us
• The King Judges Us
• The King Marries His Bride
• The King Tolerates a Rival
• The King Judges Those Left Behind
• The King Destroys Nations
• The King Returns to Conquer
• The King Reigns in His Kingdom
• The King Judges Unbelievers
• The King Invites Us to Reign With Him

What do these truths mean for you both now and in the future? You will be encouraged to renew your expectation of the return of the Messiah and, in so doing, be motivated to live a pure life. Saturated with both humility and a sense of urgency, this book not only provides answers for those questioning what comes next, but also empowerment and instruction to live accordingly in the here and now.
