About the Author

Robert Davidovich, Ed.D., is an assistant professor in the School of Leadership at Cardinal Stritch University. He is founder of Leading for Innovation Associates, LLC, which specializes in transformational change, innovation, systems thinking and organizational development. John Koehn, Ph.D, is a consultant and facilitator of strategic planning, and a former school administrator. He works with both private and public organizations on topics dealing with innovative leadership, total quality management and conflict resolution.
