About the Author

Author Paul R. Loding has spent a lifetime pursuing the history of his region of New York. He is the local government historian for the Town of Kingsbury and the Village of Hudson Falls. An officer of the Washington County Historical Society, he also serves as the commanding officer of His Majestyís 53rd Regiment of Foot in America, a living history group of the American War of Independence. With Kingsbury and Hudson Falls, he provides a historical perspective of the community that will delight residents and visitors alike.
