Hardcover with no dust jacket. Black cloth cover with gold and pale blue stamp on the spine alone, hard, clean, straight boards with very mild soiling on the back covers. Pages are clean, unmarked, very firmly bound. These two volumes are in near fine condition.

For shipping domestic orders (including territories and APO/FPO) we use U.S. Postal Service Media Mail/Book Rate (S&H): $ 5.10 for the 1st book, thereafter $1.50/book (please be aware that Media Mail is the slowest method provided by the USPS and shipments can take up to 4 or 5 weeks (usually however within 7 working days). For International orders: we ship only Priority International.. We will NOT be responsible for any additional customs fees that may be placed on shipments.
