About the Author
Michael J. Domitrz travels the country teaching students, parents, and educators about dating, communication, respect, and sexual assault awarness. In 1989, Mike was in college when he received a devastating call from his mom. He learned that his sister had been raped earlier that day. Over the next two years, Mike struggle to deal with this tragedy -- both as a brother and as a man. As he researched, he discovered that our "dating culture" was at the center of "why" sexual assault was happening in the average relationship on an "average" date where intimacy begins. At this time, Mike created a highly interactive program for schools (middle schools, high schools, and colleges) to open the eyes, ears, and minds of people across the world. After 10 years of presenting his programs, he has become an award-winner speaker and has helped to change thousands of individuals' lives by utilizing humor and inspiring emotion -- all in the same presentation.
