Smuggled-in phones, hidden drugs in training shoes and some very close calls kept Danny on his feet. Friends who turned out to be addicts and two-faced liars were soon sidelined as he worked his way up the prison hierarchy.

Although he was doing well, he longed to be a better person on the outside. He wanted to show his daughters he could be there for them and set a good example after all.
