Kit Stitcher: Planet One

Note: This version of the book is awfully bad. Please return when the rewrite is live.

A girl who invades your dreams and consumes your pain—even if she doesn’t mean to, even if it kills her…

Kit Stitcher falls sick a lot.

But it’s not just illness.

As a kid, she once revived a dying Christmas tree just by being near it. Then came the dreams—other people’s dreams. Then the emotions—ones that weren’t hers. And then the pain—pulled from people, animals, even plants.

She’s never been able to explain it. But her mother knows more than she lets on.

On a quiet beach trip with her best friend Janna, Kit discovers something carved into a cliff: a stone archway. No markings. No door. Just an opening to something… else.

Stranger still—Kit seems to be the only one who can pass through it.

On the other side waits a world in dire need of help—and maybe, a reason for everything Kit has ever felt.

And far off in the cosmos, someone may be watching.

Or should be.
