Crisp, clean pages except for a prior owner's name on the front free endpaper; square, secure binding, hard cover showing only mild shelfwear at corners and a touch of fading around board edges; dust jacket is age-toned along spine and head edges, with a closed tear and crease at the top front, very small open tears at spine ends and one corner, and modest wear around the top, otherwise clean, striking, now protected in a clear sleeve.
