The Knott Between Worlds

Two worlds. One soul.
A darkness that wants both.

Wayne Knott never thought he was meant for anything important. His life on Earth has become a routine of work, drinking, regret, and barely getting through the next day. But when Jill Bluesage, a fairy from another world, pulls him through a mirror and into the wounded land of Proxima Tellus, Wayne discovers a truth impossible to ignore. In this world, he is bound to Prince James Loven - the last heir of a fallen kingdom, whose soul now lives inside an enchanted sword. Ten years ago, the dark lord Nizar destroyed the Kingdom of Loven, murdered its king and queen, and turned innocent people into his army of Night Lingers. Now Nizar searches for the prince, hoping to claim the kingdom and spread his darkness beyond Proxima Tellus - even into Wayne's world.
With Jill as his guide and the talking sword as his teacher, Wayne must become something he has never believed himself capable of being: a hero.
But he is not the only one pulled into this war. Tom Mitchell, Wayne's only true friend, follows him through the mirror and is changed by the darkness in ways no one understands. Armed with a corrupted hand, a strange new power, and a creature named Bubba at his side, Tom may become Wayne's greatest ally - or the beginning of something far more dangerous. As Fate and Destiny pull at the strings of both worlds, Wayne must face Nizar before the eclipse turns all living things into servants of darkness.

The Kingdom of Loven has fallen.
The Kingdom of Knott has yet to rise.
And Wayne Knott was never meant to be the hero... in either world.
