About the Author
David P. Campbell holds a bachelor of science degree and a master of science degree from Iowa State University, and a doctorate in psychology from the University of Minnesota. In 1974 he coauthored the widely used Strong-Campbell Interest Inventory while on the faculty of the University of Minnesota. In 1988 he created a new psychological test battery, the Campbell Interest and Skill Survey, which includes individual surveys designed to analyze working interests, skills, leadership potential, teamwork, and working satisfaction. He retired from his position as Smith Richardson Senior Fellow at the Center for Creative Leadership in 2007.
