Synopsis

The first section of the book creates the setting for accurately understanding the context and deals with the implications of designing teaching materials for a course in information design. Graziella Tonfoni is research professor of computational linguistics at the University of Bologna, Italy, and has been a visiting scholar at MIT, Harvard University, and the College of Library and Information Services, University of Maryland, College Park.
