First edition 1659, [56pp] + 634pp +[2] , appears to be bound in the original pannelled leather binding, new endpapers, pages darkened with some sl waterstaining, some page edges sl chipped, old ink inscriptions on 3 or 4 pages, first and last few pages professionally repaired with some loss mainly to margins, lacking pages 87 to 90, and 199 to 212. Scarce; Small Octavo.
