Svea Korff gibt Aufschluss dar�ber, dass die Strukturreform der Promotion als eine (Neu-)Organisation der Promotion im deutschen Hochschulraum verstanden werden kann. Denn mit der Einf�hrung der strukturierten Promotionsf�rderung als dritte Stufe des Bologna-Prozesses in Deutschland ist die Hoffnung verbunden, den viel debattierten Defiziten der traditionellen Doktorandenausbildung und vor allem den hohen Abbruchquoten entgegenzuwirken. Ist mehr Struktur jedoch gleichbedeutend mit weniger Abbruchgedanken? Die Ergebnisse einer deutschlandweiten und f�cher�bergreifenden Online-Befragung wie auch Gruppendiskussionen zeigen, dass sich f�r die Promovierenden strukturierter Promotionsprogramme die Frage nach der „Organisation“ und deren Bedingungen bei einem (potenziellen) Abbruch in ganz besonderer Weise stellt.
