Yes or No is a guide to one of the most overlooked truths about human behaviour: most of the decisions running your life were never really made by you. They were set long ago - by experience, by repetition, by other people's fears passed on as your own - and now they fire automatically, before you have a chance to think.

This book shows you how to find those hidden answers, understand where they came from, and replace the ones that are quietly working against you. The author's turning point came in 2016 - not as a dramatic revelation, but as a quiet noticing: sitting alone after a difficult day, he began watching his own thoughts and realised they weren't really thoughts at all. Every one of them was a question. And every question already had an answer waiting - decided long before he arrived. That observation became this book.

I am a teacher from Jagdishpur, Bhojpur, Bihar. Since childhood, I have been deeply curious about life, science, and the things hardest to understand. That curiosity led me into neuroscience, ancient Indian wisdom, and human behaviour - and finally to a simple but powerful idea I call Neural Voting Theory: the understanding that the small yes or no choices we make every day quietly shape who we become and where our life goes.I am not a scientist or a degree holder - just an ordinary man who kept asking questions until they turned into a book. I lived through deep failures and searched everywhere for answers, but most were useful in theory, hard to apply. So I built something that actually worked: YES OR NO.
