The title of this book is not an attack on people that struggle with staying awake to study or those who have found help with, or love kush or coffee. Rather, it means that you do not need anything external to achieve your goals. The energy that you need is already inside of you. I used to be a coffee lover too. Yes, from Americano to latte but Turkish coffee is still my all-time favorite. I recall during my undergraduate days, I used to take coffee as a stimulant to stay awake to study but as I advance in life and ponder how I managed to do two masters while working at a job, I realized that I never had to stay awake all night, neither did I have to lose any night of sleep.

I wrote this book with you in mind - Yes, YOU! You who have goals but are struggling to achieve them.
