Condition: Poor : The set may benefit from refurbishment due to age‑related wear. Two‑volume original 1907 set. Hardback; no jacket. Numerous mounted gelatine silver print photographs throughout, all appearing complete. Pages show ruckling due to the mounted photographic plates, as is typical for this work. Heavy foxing to the inside boards; cover edges rubbed. Former university library copies with associated stamps and labels. Original magnifying glass present in Volume I. A complete and uncommon early photographic anatomical atlas. Written by a surgeon for diseases of the ear to the Victoria Infirmary, Glasgow. Significant amount of FOXING. Some PENCILED MARGINALIA.
