Documents a major buffalo round up from 1906 to 1908, in which some 600 head were moved from the Flathead reservation in southern Montana to central Alberta, a distance of 1200 miles. Seventy-five cowboys were used, as well as five railway lines. First American edition, after the Winnipeg edition. Features twenty-four pages of photographs, many of them panoramic.
