The second Elizabeth Good edition of this collection of devotional verse, printed to raise charitable funds to support Good, a 75-year-old widow. Octavo: xxiv, [2], 292 pp. In the publisher's dark lavender wavy-grain cloth binding, with gilt-stamped ruled, wavy-ruled, and dotted line borders and frames, ornamental spandrels and scalloped and dotted ruled surround for cruciform device with crown finials, and titling on the front panel, with gilt-stamped ruled and ornamental bands and black letter titling on the spine. All edges gilt, with crimson endpapers. The spine is somewhat toned, with some mild wear to the corners and tips; else very good or better.
