- Quarto, 12 inches high by 10-3/4 inches wide. Blue cloth titled in white on the spine with an architectural illustration in white on the front cover, in a color pictorial dust wrapper. The dust jacket is chipped with several short tears along the edges. The top and bottom edges of the covers are faded to gray. 92 & [1] pages, with profuse color and black & white illustrations throughout. Very good in a good dust wrapper.
